Eunice Lee is the 2018-19 Campus Kitchen VISTA. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Eunice moved to Athens with AmeriCorps VISTA. Before joining the Campus Kitchen team, she received a Fulbright-Schuman grant to research how the European Union's policy on protected designations of origin on foods impact rural development in the French Basque region. Prior to that, she studied French and Environmental Studies at Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, and examined how Hamilton manages food waste on their campus for her final thesis. Eunice is thrilled to join the fight against hunger in Athens-Clarke County and discover the different restaurants and music venues of Athens.
